THE TRUTH ABOUT FRC LAWS
Now let me speak about the FRC law and Baba Adeboye reconstruction of the leadership of RCCG national wide.
1. The FRC law that stipulate the numbers of years that a person can be CEO or head of an organization registered under CAC was enacted into law before PMB was elected as president of Nigeria.

be believed by Some religious bigots and GEJ social warriors and
Mediaherdsmen.
4. That the FRC law was the same law that made the likes of Jim Ovia of Zenith bank, Tony Elumelu of UBA, Fola Adeola of GTBank etc to hand over to new CEOs of their banks.
5. Since all churches are registered under CAC in the Trustee section of the form, the churches are bounded by the law.
6. CAN is already in court to seek to up turn the section that affects the Churches long before this time.
7. There was no enforcement move, task force activities, nor deadlines for Churches to comply to this law. Meaning, RCCG acted on her own volition as deem fit for her to obey the law.
8. This law was operational under GEJ as president of the federal republic and nothing was done to amend it.
9. PMB response to the restructuring of the leadership at RCCG was a very smart move to show that his administration will not condole any form of religious crisis or climb down on churches. He has since sacked the heads of the FRC and ordered a reconstruction of the body.
10. Those of you waiting for the prediction that PMB will islamize the country will wait in vain as such will never happen. He has no such intention and cannot have such intention and will fail if he has such intention.
