Barack Obama Is Out of Office But Still in Style
Donald
Trump may be the current president, but Barack Obama and his family
appear to be as popular as ever. The former president is still very much
loved by his base, and his historic presidency seems to be something
some folks don’t yet want to fully let go of.
You
can add the designers at Supreme to that list. The streetwear brand
released the visuals for its Spring 2017 collection, which includes a
sweatsuit with Obama’s face all over it.
And
they’re not the only brand embracing the 44th president of the U.S. Joe
Freshgoods recently rereleased its “Thank You Obama” collection, which
was full of T-shirts and hoodies designed with love for the first family
in mind. Chance the Rapper appeared in the campaign for the collection and wore one of the sweatshirts to accept a Grammy Award during the preshow.
So while Obama may be out of the White House and enjoying island life, as a cultural figure he’s here to stay. See some of the Obama-themed pieces fans of the former president are putting out.
The popular street brand is offering an anorak and pants bearing the 44th president’s face.
