Beyoncé Finds Her Halo in Angelic Couture

The On the Run II tour and its procession of pieces direct from the runways may be over, but don’t expect Beyoncé to slow down when it comes to fashion.

The superstar continues to channel her love of clothing into memorable onstage looks, and last night at the 2018 City of Hope Gala in Los Angeles, she pulled out something special.

In a rose gold off-the-shoulder gown with built in cape from Ralph and Russo’s Fall 2018 couture collection, she serenaded the crowd with hits including “Halo” and Ed Sheeran’s “Perfect.”

The sequins and cascades of devoré ostrich feather embellishment were lavish, serving as the perfect complement to a performance that brought the house down.

The charity which raises funds for cancer, diabetes, and HIV/AIDS research, brought together a host of big stars for the gala.

With Jay-Z and Kelly Rowland in attendance and her publisher Warner CEO Jon Platt picking up the Spirit of Life award for his humanitarian work, it was an event filled with Beyoncé’s closest friends and family, too.

The sparkling couture selected by Zerina Akers, brought out the singer’s best on a night when she had every reason to shine.
