EPL: Chelsea to Make Hazard One of Premier League’s Highest-Paid Players

Chelsea ace, Eden Hazard, is ready to sign a new contract to become the club’s highest paid player, according to Italian outlet, Gazzetta dello Sport.

Hazard has held talks over a contract extension but is yet to agree terms.

The Belgian forward was eager to see if Real Madrid or Barcelona would make a concrete offer for him, as he is keen on a switch to one of Spain’s big clubs.

But Chelsea have made clear their intention to keep Hazard, who has just under two years on his current deal.
