BREAKING: Lawmakers impeach Plateau Speaker Ayuba

 

Plateau Speaker Hon Abok Ayuba has been impeached.

 

He was impeached on Thursday morning after a vote of no confidence by members of the Assembly.

 

The lawmakers elected Hon Yakubu Sanda to take over from him.
