Wizkid Appreciates Fans for Their Turn Out to His Show
The Grammy Award-winning Nigerian singer and global star, Wizkid has taken to social media to appreciate fans for their turn up on Sunday November 28 for his “Made In Lagos” concert at O2 arena in London.
The event was nothing but greatness as the likes of soccer star, Romelu Lukaku; Stormzy were among the thousand of people that bought tickets to watch the singer’s performance at the O2 arena.
Also, the likes of Chris Brown, Ella Mai, Buju, Tems among others; were called upon to the stage by Wizkid to perform in front of the 20,000 capacity.
Wizkid in a recent post on his official Instagram page appreciated fans for their love and support; even as as the three-day event resumed on Monday.
He wrote: “Last night was emotional! Thank you London! We go again tonight! I got more for you!”
Meanwhile, fans of the Grammy award nominee, Wizkid, broke through security gates on Sunday to watch the talented Nigerian singer at his concert at 02 Arena.
According to O2, fans coming to shows this week have been advised to arrive early for security checks following a review of their security procedures. 02 Arena has directed fans to show a Covid pass to enter to watch gigs at the former Millennium Dome in North Greenwich.
However, the London O2 arena has released an official statement to Wizkid fans ahead of the second show tonight.
The statement released is based on following the COVID-19 guidelines; so as to prevent the spread of the coronavirus.
